The money and gun are on the table at the same time.
I check the gun while he's counting or vice versa.
The buyers PAL gets visually checked to make sure things are on the up and up.
We both leave knowing we got what we shoulda got.
Your gun, your money, you do it your way, that's your business.
If you get stung you know who to blame.

well i would never give anyone a scan copie of my PAL only a trusted business, even then you dont need a scan you just need the number

Well we'd like to think that rather than think that one of the members here has shafted another. However, if the seller has not responded to the OP messages since he claimed he was shipping it, I would tend to think otherwise.
I would send him one last message and possible even try what tazzy suggested.
Also, lets not forget it's not just a matter of lack of communication, but there is also the fact that the Glock never arrived.

I still hope this turn out good for the OP, but I think it may be a lesson learned the hard way.

Even Non Restricted/Parts I buy off the EE, I get the persons name and address. I mean HOW did you complete the transfer if you didn't know his name?
They always ASKED me so who are you buying the firearm from. Don't they would accepted Someguy. If you EMT him, Then it would give his name.

Why? You said you have his email address, obviously, which you used for the EMT. Have you tried contacting him via email?
Does his email address have his name in it?
Do you know his full name? Town where he lives? Google and Google Earth will take you right to his door if you do enough searching.

Contact the CFC and ask for his contact info. They have this. Make sure you keep all info from communications such as PM's,emails,EMTs,reference number,registration number,etc.

I think its high time you took this to the next level...someone out there has a restricted that is registered to you, and its out of your control. Cover your a##, call in the CFO/RCMP.
