Just picked up a couple boxes of this stuff from Canadian Tire to try through my NS522. Does anyone have any experience with this stuff regarding group size/consistency? I've never seen this stuff before. Anyone know where I might find more if my rifle likes it?

I've never seen Sellier & Bellot for sale in .22LR anywhere before.

I'd like to know how it groups and performs in general (when you have a chance to shoot it.)

Was it priced reasonably?

If it's the same as this stuff, then it looks pretty good:

Just recently found some s&b 22lr SV at a Canadian tire east of Toronto. They were going for $5 for a box of 50. Bought 200 rounds for the exact same reason as OP, to try in my ns522. Haven't had the chance yet though. Will report back when I can.

I picked mine up for $6 a box. I'll post targets when I get a chance to shoot it at 50 and 100.

I have a brick of the Sellier and Bellot SV and haven't had a chance to try it yet. Their 6.5x55 ammo printed 5/8 inch group in my Mauser.

Selliers and Bellot standard velocity /22LR, will shoot little one hole groups all day out of my Savage Mark 11 BV, they shoot very well in my in the handgun too at our 20yd indoor range.
It is dirty from the grease on the bullets and I need to clean my semi-auto Hi-Standard after every match.the greased bullets make a lot of smoke but they do not dirty a bolt action rifle.

I picked up a brick of Sellier & Bellot SB Standard for $50. I haven't had the chance to try it yet, so I, too, am curious about how it performs in CZ rifles.

I've shot 3 or 4 boxes now and shoots pretty good in my cz 452 american. Ran some over a chrony and was getting average 1100fps from that gun.

Thanks for the info, that's all good news to hear!

I still have a bunch of other ammo to use up, but I'll keep an eye out for it the next time that I go to Canadian Tire.
