And this happens)
Polymer sleeve 9 mm cartridge.
There isn’t enough biodegradable plastic and zinc bullets to make green ones happy

are those the same?

In an indoor range i could really see wanting this.

What does the exhaust taste like? I miss the czech surplus smell lol

Back in the ‘70’s I was a very active indoor shooter of rimfire and pistol lead bullets to the tune of a thousand or so rounds every week. This was in the ‘70’s when ventilation standards weren’t so strict. We would blow our noses later and grey and black snot resulted. About twenty years later I still had elevated lead levels, as did my fellow shooters.
As far as the childish comment about lead being a natural occurring element: natural occurring lead ore isn’t refined enough to be a problem. But in any case, oil, mercury, arsenic and radon are all occurring natural elements. I’ve had a standing offer of a thousand bucks to anyone that will drink a cup of naturally occurring mercury, crude oil or arsenic but sadly nobody will take me up on it.

For indoor ranges....but I’m not aware of any lead reclamation being done on outdoor ranges despite the fact that some may influence the lead concentration in local water supplies

Shifting to tox free ammo is a good thing, if the costs are comparable
Right, a non biodegradable piece of polymer with micro plastic run off is better for the environment than an earth metal. Seems like there is a lot of stuff that you aren’t aware of.

It’s either a good thing or it isn’t a good thing. Not you are using an if about cost as a caveat. At least stick by your position and buy synthetic bullets regardless of costs, otherwise you are just being a self righteous phony.

the issue is hardly as black and white as you make it out to be, and both plastic and lead can be bad for the environment.
