Hey guys I'm selling a gun and a young fella in the community wants to buy it, as far as a PAL and transfers what's gotta be done? His cousin who he hunts with has a pal and is over 18 for how the old rules were with registration but how does it work now? Either comment or pm, thanks!

If he has a pal look at it to make sure its not expired and sell the gun. That is all. Just like how it used to be.
 
If it is a non restricted gun then no transfer needs to be done, buyer must have a PAL and you are good to go.
 
I'm confused (and concerned) from your post...

Are you saying the buyer's cousin has his PAL? IE the buyer DOES NOT have a PAL?

If you are thinking about selling a gun to someone with a PAL, but you know the gun will be given to someone WITHOUT a PAL, IE a straw purchase, well you would be implicated in the crime...

PLEASE clarify your post!!!

Ok so the gun will be sold to a guy with a pal, for a kid(17) who has a youth pal, I was wondering if there was still a registration change needed to sell and what a youth pal is, thanks and I am no criminal, just a guy asking questions

10-4 Shawnbob, just looking to keep your neck off the chopping block! Like all of us, I was a kid at one time to, and the minute I turned 16, I had my FAC & drivers licence.

I'll be honest & say I'm totally ignorant of the minor PAL conditions, if any... But, it is nice to know some young guys are interested in the shooting sports!
