Non-US made are probably the easiest to export to Europe. Problem is, most Canadians want so much for their ARs that the Europeans have no interest. So is it hypothetically possible? Yes, especially if you wanted to gift it to someone in Europe just to give the finger to the government. Is it possible in a way that you'd get your money back? Unfortunately, no.
There is nobody in Canada that can legally buy it. Your options are hold on to it and hope this all gets overturned or surrender and turn it into the rcmp.
