Selling reloaded ammo question

One could interpret that to mean you can't even let your friends shoot your reloads, even in your firearms.

CSSA which is full of lawyers says you can't even give it away, let alone sell it.

Question could be extended to are you liable if they were shooting your firearm with your reloads. I let lots of folks try out my firearm at the range.

I think the question should be; would you be liable if your friend lost half his face if your reloads blew up?

In today's society,if a lawsuit was to be filed; I would think the file-ee has about a 85% chance of winning unless some waiver was previously signed. Canadian courts/lawsuits are going the way of the US
