The only ones that come to mind are the Desert Eagle and the Coonan (out of production for some time), and they are .357 only.
Then there are the .38 special target guns, the S&W M-52 and the Colt National Match 1911, these are only designed for lightly loaded full wadcutters seated flush with the case mouth.
EDIT...just noticed what forum this is in, you are talking rifles, not handguns....No I am unaware of any .357 semi rifles..
