Semi-auto 20 ga combo?

I’ve been looking around the internet for a 20 ga semi-auto deer/field 2 barrel combo. Does any company make one? I’ve seen pump-action models, but no semi-autos.

Winchester has a sx4 and sx3 with rifled cantilever.

Benelli m2 has a rifled barrel too. My friend has a 20ga. It's a beautiful little shotgun with good iron sights and drilled and tapped for scope mounts

Remington 1100's could be had with a rifled barrel as an option back in the day.
