I've seen a few of the WMR 10/22s on the EE, Baikal makes an MP-161 in .22wmr I believe also, but I don't think either of them are easy to come by. Kel-Tec's RMR looks like a great little semi-auto WMR, as long as it actually hits the market, and doesn't end up classed as restricted. I'm sure there's a few more out there but nothing seems too easy to come by.
Ruger 10/22 mag - Hard to find and expensive.
CZ 512 - Frontier has the .22lr, but haven't seen a .22 wmr myself.
Remington 597 - Probably the easiest to find, and likely cheapest.

I have a Magnum Research in 22 WMR.
Be warned if you choose to do the upgrades it's challenging to get those double springs back onto the guide rods.
I have no desire to ever own another Remington. Guess I will have to keep my open for the CZ...
Honestly , check out Magnum research. Mine is scary accurate.
also all ruger parts fit them so modding them isnt an issue.
