Semi auto accuracy.

Takes more than just a barrel to make any rifle capable of one MOA. Trigger, sights, ammo, bedding and the shooter's skill all affect accuracy.
A 24" target at 200 is huge. As I recall, the DRCA bull is that big on 600 plus yard targets.
1" at 100 isn't sub MOA. It is one MOA. And the scope had nothing to do with it. A scope, cheap or not, will not make a rifle that doesn't shoot well anyway, do so.
 
Only non restricted semi I've owned that will consistently shoot sub moa (.7 moa five round group averages) is my Herron converted, bartlein barrelled acr.
I think I've owned almost every type of nonrestricted black rifle available.
Had lots of sub moa ar's though.
