Semi-auto mag limit - Ontario hunting

Hi everyone,

For hunting in Ontario, is the magazine limit for semi-auto centrefire rifles 5 rounds? From my understanding, only shot guns have a 3 round limit, unless you’re using slugs.

Semi auto centerfire magazine limit is federal law, 5 rounds maximum.
Shotguns are limited to three rounds total, including the round in the chamber. Slugs or shot are irrelevant.
