With a revolver, you'll never have to worry about Fail to Feeds, Fail to Eject etc.. Revolvers are much simpler and more reliable. Easier to maintain etc.. If your completly new to guns, i would suggest a revolver. Accuracy wise, that's pretty much been answered already in the thread. I would suggest for your first gun something like a Ruger Single Six in .22lr . I have one and it's great fun to shoot. From there, i'd probably get some 9mm semi. Lots to choose from. After that, the gun world is your oyster.
