Semiauto magfed shotguns

How goes it?!
I'm looking for an "as close to milspec as possible," semi auto, magfed 12 gauge. Relatively new to this firearm class, any information on the topic I will put to good use. Have my eye on a SKO 12, due to it's 'murican craftsmanship, having trouble locating a Canadian dealer. Also, is 7075 t6 aluminum even solid enough for a hearty shotgun? Let me know what you think.
Either an SKO or the Genesis Arms Gen-12 shotgun. I sent Genesis Arms an email and this was their reply. Hoping to get one for myself someday but not with this current government in charge.

Wont somebody think of the children!

Have to move south of the border to make that work, the mere sight of it would cause King Turdhole to soil himself.

Verboten for sure. Damn shame though, I bet that thing is a hoot.

From memory Garand Thumb did a video on one of these and it looked awesome.

If you want a mag fed semi auto shotgun that’s “as milspec as possible” (what does that even mean?) then you don’t want a mag fed semiautomatic shotgun. The only thing that is even vaguely close to milspec (which is a mostly meaningless term) would be the AA12, which to my understanding is prohibited. As far as I am aware, no serious military has adopted a magazine fed semiautomatic shotgun in any meaningful quantity.
As far as I know, French military was and is using Valtro PM5 mag fed shotgun.
