While doing a quick search here on CGN and also on Google I found several references to bolt action rifles in this caliber. Are there any semi rifles in this caliber as well?
Got a 222Rem factory Ruger ranch rifle. Closest to a 221 semi you'll find ready made I think. Was made for the Aussie market since citizens there are not trusted with the 223 flavour.
You will likely NOT find an semi's in 221 because that would require a special magazine to feed the shorter case. The 221 will not feed out of a 223 sized mag.
You could easily tune a .223 semi to shoot .221 speeds and bullet weights, I know the Ruger will do it stock. Brass is a lot easier and cheaper to find too.
