Where can I find the regs or restrictions on sending some Mule Deer antlers to the US? I have an acquaintance who wants some, and my Google seems weak on this.
 
you likely still need a CITES permit for that...

sorry...need another beverage...deer aren't endangered so you don't need that...I was thinkin black bears...
