I sent in my app on May 19th but the web-site doesn't have me in the system yet and when I called them they said they don't have me in the system. Should I be concerned that they did not get it?

Don't panic. Usually takes a week or two especially if you sent it regular mail. That can take a week depending on what part of the country you are in.

It takes a few days to get there in the mail, they probably got it on the 22nd or 25th, 2 weeks after that it should show on the website.

Just make sure your references are aware they will called , I had one that went AWOL and now I have to resubmit my reference , ,, pain in the azzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

The online query now shoes they received it on May 25th. Yippy.
