I'll be posting as soon as I get back in.... maybe even while out there depending on cell service. I have an iPhone so I'll try and keep everyone up to date.

Apparently I'm one of 75 hunters for that zone this year for draw moose. That's not a lot of tags. I'm not sure how to take that.

Is it good that there are so few hunters or is it an indication that there are so few moose?

MOose

Thank you we really enjoyed the hunt and have eaten about 10lbs of moose since last Thursday.

Yes both 1 shot kills, both 139 IB's broke one rib in and 1 rib on the far side and both bullets stuck the far side of the hide. Double lungs all the way. The wifes was a little farther than mine though...

I just have not weighed them yet...they both mushroomed perfectly...I have recovered about 6 Hornady Interbonds so far and they all mushroom'd perfectly.

Cheers

Great job by you, your wife and Interbonds.(and the little 7mm-08 which is nice cartridge by the way)

I am going to get some for my 7mm and try them for Late Season Mule/Whitetail next year. Going to try Accubonds for this year.
