Just checked with the Canadian office, it should go out later today if not tomorrow morning.

looks like will have to decide what to do next week - chase a CC charge-back for undelivered (will be over 2 months) or report a missing handgun (will be over 2 weeks after certificate )..
hopefully they didn't start with "Al Flaherty's lottery" yet ...
