Technically it's an August purchase, but here goes

M1 Steel Helmet (it's the only one that the guy had that fit :redface:)
Have to find the proper chin strap, but otherwise complete including sweat band.

September purchases

Ok let see....1909 Argentine, 1909 Peruvian, 1935 Peruvian short rifle and Brno 98/29 (Persian contract). Lots of month left. A few went out the door.

Badger, is that a C Broad Arrow under the serial number? Looks different...wonder what that 5G is?
Interesting rifle.

Essentially, the Dominiion DCRA marking on both metal and wood components, along with the 5G which is most likely a property or rack marking.

All explained in more detail here under claven2's observations write-up in the library entry ...

1949 C No.4 Mk1* Long Branch (Early DCRA Rifle) (click here)http://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=1831

I picked up this rather uncommon M95M in 8x57JS. It's the one on the bottom, made at Fémáru Fegyver és Gépgyár, Budapest and converted to 8mm in Yugoslavia between 1938 and 1941.

Very nice, and I like the flag too. :)

Almost no talk of the M95M in Canada. I've never seen one for sale in the EE, and it was CGN "#1" (pre-CGN crashes 1 and 2) when I last saw one discussed.

Got a couple No.1 mk3 sporters. Both lithgows. THe lighter coloured stock is dated 1929 and the darker with part of the handguard still there is dated 1919.
