Don't believe the hype.Wow...
Don't believe the hype.
A 50 BMG projectile make at least a minimum 1/2 inch whole that is if there is no fraying from the bullet ripping right threw the paper. Now take jackdanyel statement that at 200 meters he got basically less than a 1 inch whole. That would either be some serious fluke or it would be more like the guy posting sub moa results with his previously banned T97.
Don't believe the hype.
They called me out as a bs'er about the Sebru doing the same thing but now it is know that it is a 2-3 moa gun. AND in 50 BMG semi-auto snipping world that is hella accurate. Basically in 308 world means that it is a 1 to 1.5 moa shooter. Don't also forget that the 50 BMG besides the 22mm Vulcan has the most felt recoil of all rounds. Now if I was you I would check out that bolt action bull-pup that Dlask has for sale. It goes from 308, 338 Lapua to 50 BMG or save up and get an AI/AX in 338 and hit anything that is a human size target out to 2 miles away![]()
That said, the HS-50 is heavier than the Serbu, it recoils more than the Serbu, it is more abusive to the shooter with muzzle blast and dirt/dust/rocks/snow/etc, are blasted at your face due to the massive brake on the HS-50 when shooting prone, which you don't get from Serbu...

Or buy the cheapest 338 LM (Savage 110 fcp hs precision) and shoot equally as good as any 8k rifle on the market.
The Remington 700 MLR is also very reasonably priced and shoots just as well.
Too bad the Serbu doesn't have a longer barrel. The muzzle flash seems a bit excessive. I'd prefer a 32"-36" barrel for a .50 BMG rifle.
You're right , and a semi with a pinned magazine at 5 round is useless in that caliber......... But WOW Beautiful Piece.....
