How is this not restricted but an AR-15 is... Canadian politician logic

A Restricted LR rifle like a .50 would be ###. 1600m effective range limited to 25m indoors or 200m outdoors IF templated. Which is sweet #### all.

Well you could hunt with it. If you wanted to they make hunting rounds for it so it's a big heavy bulky hunting rifle..

So did anyone get or order the bolt action version? Don't get me wrong, the semi sounds awesome, but I am also very curious about the bolt gun - I think it would be the smallest .50 I have seen, and I would love to know what kind of accuracy it can produce, and how the recoil compares. The brake looks excellent, but it would be nice if it angled up slightly so as to kick up less dust.

edit: If they become available again I would be looking at the bolt version, unless someone brings in a 20mm and some ammo to go with it - seriously, can someone get on that please.

if you went for a heart shot, not sure how much meat would be left after the bullet exits... if you go for a head shot... try to prove how many points were on that deer to the conservation officer when the deer no longer HAS a head...

The solution is that when you spend $7000.00 on an effing firearm there shouldn't be any issues that need a bunch of owners to figure out, or the added expense. There should be support coming out of the woodwork in a timely manner from both the manufacturer and the vendor, not really the case with these Serbus. At this point I don't recommend to anyone dropping this kind of money on this single shot semi auto. Unless something monumental happens soon I would suggest you save your hard earned cash and buy a Steyer instead.
