Hey wanstalls. Any way we could get a limited run of 16 inch serbu RN50 rifles? I think one of these would be really cool to have. As for the comment section, if it's not your cup of tea then move on. No need to crap on the idea.

I've heard that the RN50s have pretty terrible recoil.

On the opposite side I think I would be interested in one of the heavy barrel 36" guns if I can find some info on the precision guys are getting with these guns.

I have one. No real accuracy report here, but it was consistently pounding this #### out of a 1x1ish foot rock at 400 yards at the family farm. Until the barrel warmed up, then it opens up. Still need to shoot paper and have a proper sight in, check scope tracking, ect. Its like shooting a shotgun with 3 1/2 slugs but LOUD, the muzzle break on these do a fantastic job to reduce recoil. Mines a 29" barrel, glad i did not get the 22" carbine length and extra glad I did not get a 16". 29" is the sweet spot to burn all that 50bmg gun powder.

Maybe just buy one and have a gunsmith chop it an put the brake back on.

OK! each to their own. I however am interested and will stay and ask to get them done! The rifle in the above pic looks to have a shorter barrel than 16 inches, it appears to be 16 with the muzzle break.(U.S. Law maybe) NR will not work with the folding stock pictured but will easily work with a carbine stock and actual 16 inch barrel, a 14 inch barrel might even fit NR regulations.

Hey Wanstalls, I'm happy with my 22" model you sold me but is it "normal"to have the grouping
open up so much when barrel is warm?? I have not done enough testing yet but was just curious.

wanted to know if the barrel or scope is the culprit.
