and shoot it out, make sure nobody else is around you, other than a person with 911 on speed dial. The following pic appeared on a very well known respected
shooters site (no, it wasnt his shooting that caused it) with a warning to check your equipment prior. Very wise words from a wise man,
So, looking at the pic, he just kept trying? I can only hope this was a controlled experiment and not a shooter for real. So, after 6x and it doesnt work, you reload and put 2 more down? You can see the shockwave in the metal around the bulge.. For your viewing enjoyment....

Yup. If something doesn't go bang or sounds out of the ordinary then the first thing the shooter needs to do is stop, make safe and verify. It's surprising how this isn't common knowledge.

experiment or not, you have to admit thats amazing the barrel did not rupture/split/explode. It deformed but that's it. So experiment or moron, I will give S&W some very good props for that
