If they're level one retention(friction only) its a bargain. If they have the stupid level 2 trigger finger lock button they're junk. Then again for a few bucks more a level one bladetech is a far better product.

They have for some time, but charge shipping and dutie. Shipping takes forever and items are sent without tracking so I avoid unless no other choice. You would think with two locations in Canada ( and more in the works) they would have a .ca site set up. Alot of items can't ship to Canada but are available in the Canadian stores??? Not to concerned with us consumers up here I guess.

Best post in the thread. May as well lock it now since there's nothing more useful that can be posted (just uneducated and emotional opinions on why the serpa is so great and the haters don't know what they're talking about).
 
right, that was my exact experience and I just avoid them altogether.

I have the Serpa Level 3 holster. Not sure why they advertise them as concealment holsters because they are not! They are perfectly fine for casual range use where you are allowed to holster your firearm. Under stress of competition, I can see where the safety button can really slow some people down. I just like the look of them and love the click sound when you holster the gun!
 
Wow .... opinions.... I know my Serpa works great on leg harness and I love that between my 3 hand guns I can swap it from Leg Holster to Waste to Chest Harness with the quick release rig add on and also pass it back and forth if my wife wants to use that gun holster. I don't care about speed when shooting I just want somewhere safe to have it close by and I have never had an issue with the level two retention setup. Just wanted to share with those who would like the deal.

As for Bass Pro I live an hour north from the store but they have ZERO hand gun holsters in stock .... my shipping experience is about 3 days from ordering I will have the package at my door. I don't call that slow and I have ordered at least 10 times from them. I like being able to return to store if there is a problem with items.
