serria .307 dia 30 cal

A fella was going to throw a bunch of bullets out....so I scooped them,one box was some Serria .307 dia 150 gr 30cal...What cartriage were they intended for??

Sierra makes and made a lot of odd stuff. The .307" bullets were intended for .30-30's.

Do they measure .307"? Winchester chambered its M94 levers for 307 Winchester in the late eighties, the cartridge was a rimmed 308 Win loaded to lower pressures. The 307 designation might be what the bullet's end use design was, and where the cannelure is located on bullet.
