Service at Grech Outdoors

Hi,

I am currently dealing with Grech Outdoors in their capacity as parts order center for CZ. If you have dealt with them, what is the consensus on your experience dealing with them. I'm just curious to hear what people think of them in this capacity.
 
There are a lot of threads discussing poor service from Grech, but a number of dealers, including the former warranty centre have recently advised us that CZ is very difficult and slow to work with, especially in obtaining parts. You may have a long wait ahead of you unless it's a part they have readily available in Canada.
 
Had to get a forearm retainer for my Mossberg 930 (little plastic piece ) It took a few weeks to get it and honestly it seemed like the person i spoke to did not want to even deal with me. Lack of communication for sure. I'm not one to
bash anyone but i wont be going through that hassle again.
 
OK, I thought it was just me. I think I will be contacting CZ to let them know about their contact here in Canada. Don't know that it will make a difference, but I will try. Bear is aptly named.
 
I've been a customer off and on for 10 years, yes their customer service skills could improve. Whenever I have gone in there spending money, I have always been treated well. John did have a guy working in there a few years ago, big guy and his service was great, I have a feeling he has moved on.
 
I contacted Mossberg due to the abysmal service I received from them. Hopefully, if enough people relay their experience to the suppliers something will get done. I certainly don't think talking to anyone at Grech will accomplish anything.
 
They are absolute goofs who will argue with you when attempting to get warranty service provided, let alone swear on the phone at you.

Hope their shop gets shut down given how they conduct themselves.

Mossberg was great to deal with...........after being directed to Grech it went to hell fast.

I agree wholeheartedly. Contact the Manufacturers, and let them know about the poor quality of service. I don't think manufactures will tolerate their name being associated with bad service.
 
I got stellar service on Savage parts from him. so good I sent a letter off to Savage for going above and beyond.

cannot comment on CZ,

but the girl at the cash is a bit of a number, bring a snickers bar. she was Hangry the day I walked in.
 
They have had my CZ shadow 2 for 3 months. I dont know whos fault it is not STILL not getting parts in but I am pissed that I missed the shooting season with a Shadow 2 with a faulty internals.

Grech lady who answered the phone didnt seem to care just told me its gonna be a long time before I see my pistol again. CZ and Grech need to get their $hit together
 
I emailed them shortly after they took over as the CZ center, I had a pending warranty claim with the old service center. They never returned my emails, and i left several messages and never got a call back. I ended up replacing the faulty part on my own dime.
