Service Conditions - Connaught - July 28, 29 report.

Ottawa Police was contracted by the base to do it fairly recently, from what I heard on-site. Now that I look at the markings I'm not sure, but I do know the Ottawa cars were cruising around Connaught during the weekend.

I kept saying to the boys that anywhere else we'd have several red laser dots on our forehead, holding those ARs in plain view like that.
