And from what I saw, the pistol was already drawn, was it not? No draw from holster.

Hungry here: Just to clarify just in case any confusion arises... during the transition, we fire the rifle dry, 'show clear' to the safety fella behind you, then put primary aside and draw pistol. The pistol magazine is in the pistol/mag well, no round is chambered at ALL :eek: Then we RACK the pistol / slide and chamber around as the barrel is brought to the aim. Just wanna clarify this before the IPSC/IDPA experts flame me!

Can someone tell me where the best place is to buy a holster and some gear for this shoot, I would like to participate in the next one.:)

How is the target scored and at what distances shot with pistol?

Hungry here: Scoring boxes on the fig.11 (5,4, 3,2 pts and 5, 4 rings on facial head shots). Pistol distance are 25m, 15m IIRC. Send me an email and I'll send you the crse of fire! hungry556@rogers.com

def going to have to get some pistol mag pouches for next time.

Ps if we could get even a little bit of time to plink with pistols ahead of time like we did with the rifles it would be greatly appreciated
