Setting up for EXTREME Range Shooting

I managed to get a few of my AMax loads to chamber and fire in Bertha...they were nowhere near maximum with US869 and were by far more accurate than the hardball loads I'd made with H50BMG.
Unfortunately at $90.00 per 20 bullets the 750 AMax becomes a little pricey for frequent load testing and around Abbotsford all rifle ranges are restricted to nothing bigger than 338.
At the longer ranges we shot Saturday the AMax loads were right on target.

Kevan...check with the man who built your rifle, he has some other match bullet options in the works that may work for you and be a little cheaper. I will be playing with some shortly.

I wish you would not have brought that Shilo Sharps with you, it has been playing on my mind ever since you let me pull the trigger..... That is one cool toy.

2 miles is a reasonable goal and well within the limits of the .50BMG. I will do all I can to be dialed in for the Next Summerland Shoot for 1-2 miles and everything in between.

Hey Maybe we can get t-shirts done up for the next Summerland shoot....Maybe come up with some motto's and artwork ideas.
