Severe forarm rattle in a 760 Rem.

I have a few pump 760s/7600s.All have some play in the forarm,but one of them is noisy to the point its driving me nuts.Is there a fix for this?

Is the rattle from the wood to metal fit or the metal action bars?
Disassemble the firearm and check to see if the small O-ring inside the forearm hanger has broken or if it has come out of it's recess.
