Trying to place an ammunition order and have it shipped to my address in Nanaimo. I keep getting payment declined messages. I've tried both credit cards and EMT options. Seems like an issue on SFRC's end?

I've also tried both free shipping and UPS options. Does the free shipping apply to ammo orders?
