[SFRC] Canuck Wrangler Lever Actions on theammosource.com

Sooo many questions...

What's the warranty?
Is there a lever saftey?
How smooth is the action?
What's the trigger like?
Will it feed 38 special? (I know the chamber will fire them, but will they feed)

We had the chance to try these at a range day recently that the distributor hosted.

O'Dell Engineering provides one of the best warranties in the country, if it's needed and stocks parts for all of the models it imports.

The safety is located on top of the receiver, which was a strange place for it and took some getting used to, but it works,

The action was surprisingly smooth since the models weren't broken in.

The trigger was comparable to other lever actions currently on the market.

We were using .38 Special at the range day and they cycled flawlessly.

this would be sooo good in 9mm… great small game bush rifle!!!! And selfishly cause I have a butt load of 9mm ammo and no 9mm left!!!

Never giving up my 45-70 SBL buy would love a small caliber I can beat up on a regular and not worry.

These are OK, but not like there isn't already a ton of choices floating around the market, with the same configs....
If you want them to Sell out/fly off the shelves...ask them to Produce what everyone 'wants/will be tempted' to buy...a 12" NR {Mars Leg} type..with a full stock..or both stocks = Sell out fast $$ - I'd sure buy one in .357 &/or .22 Magnum.{or 9mm as suggested earlier!}

These rifles appear to be rebranded Huckleberry Lever Guns or Revolution Armory Lever Guns.

If they are, I thought they were less expensive.

SFRC, please feel free to chime in to confirm or deny my thoughts......:)

They are not.
Interesting?

I have compared close up photos of both Huckleberry Arms and these Canuk Models.

Strange that the receiver screws are all in the exact same spot. They certainly look very similar if not exactly the same.

All brands are made in Turkey, possibly in the same manufacturing plant, just different barrels!.......:)

Will the 15% off apply to these ?

I tried it on the website and it gave free shipping but no discount on the rile.
Funny.
I made the same statement last night with a screen shot, but the post along with all the responses got deleted.
A simple,"15% discount does not apply to Canuck Wrangler Lever Action", would have saved a lot of people try and fail.

Very tempted by the Plain ol 16 inch model. The Tactical one isn't really my style, but I imagine it's cheaper to buy it and put a wood stock on, than it would be to buy a wood stocked rifle and put a railed Handguard on it.

Sent my email in to O Dell Engineering to request a 12-13 inch model with a fullstock. No reply yet of course, but maybe if enough people are expressing interest, it could happen.
