Hey all, new guy here.
So just wondering what's up with these guys? I placed an order last week, and it's still sitting in "Pending" If there is an issue would like to get it resolved. Pretty hard to deal with a supplier that won't communicate.
 
Pm me your email and I will look. If you use hotmail check your spam box. We are doing inventory for two days. VM shouldn't be full, I checked it 45 mins ago.

Note to everyone else, if you call, pls leave a voice mail and don't hang up. I just cleared 20 hang up calls from when we were closed. 14 from the same person.
 
Maybe I just got lucky, but I e-mailed them Monday and got an answer the same day. I don't think e-mails are much of a priority for busy sponsors.
 
It's only been a week... give them a chance, Have you called? send emails?

Ryan is very good to deal with, I have been in their store

From a longtime customer. That which you have experienced is not the norm. Usually real fast response. On the other hand it also means that they are growing.

That is good. More inventory means more stuff to buy !!!

I deal with Ryan & the girls on a monthly basis and the average order to door delivery for me is three working days. I have never had any real problems and the only small oversight was taken care of right away. Be patient and no worries as you are in great hands!

Welcome to the site. It's never a good start when the first post is a complaint about a site sponser. It makes it look like you only came here to rant. Especially when the information is right before your eyes. How much more "in the loop" do you need to be? Do you want them to post video of processing your order? Maybe with a play by play audio track? Worry about your order if it is still pending the day after tomorrow. Patience is truly a virtue and they will not charge your card until it's shipped anyway. Until then enjoy what the rest of CGN has to offer and leave the dealer rants for when they really deserve it.

BTW every time they have to answer a post or the phone from someone requesting how much closer to the already posted ship date their order is; it just slows everything down.

Was at their shop @9:00am this morning, no lights on, nobody around, no signs, closed for the week?

Doing inventory inside for 2 days.

No walk in traffic til Thurs afternoon/Friday AM until I get everything put away again. Sign must have blown off.

On the plus side I have so far found alot of interesting ammo that never made it onto the website which should be on by the end of the weekend.


On another note, CCI Small Pistol primers are on sale, $26.95/1000. I just added a bunch of SR and LP CCI primers too and lowered the price.

Thanks for the Welcome. I think you need to get off your GD high horse. I came here to source info. Not "rant" as you say. I sent numerous emails from my account, and from the web applet they have on the site. I dropped a fair amount of coin on some ammo, and all I was looking for was some confirmation that things we're good to go. I understand they are busy..hell who isn't these days. Again all i was looking for was some confirmation on the order, when they didn't answer or reply, I threw the post up here. After all this site is where I found them, so asking a simple question about them should not be seen as a "Rant." This reply to you is a RANT.

Anyways we've worked it out.
 
I'm going to lock this, problem is resolved. Thanks for all the kind comments everyone. Linkat, if there are any other issues feel free to drop me a PM but it should ship Friday now that we have your PAL.
