Are these pinned to 10 rounds, or inherently made from the factory at 10 rounds capacity?

Yes, it will work with any platform that uses Glock mags.

They work ok and are way better than the kci branded ones.
But had to file down a bit of metal on the feed lips on a few for my pc charger as it was hitting and holding the bolt open on a loaded mag. But that could be due to the magwell as well.
Or you could by the glock ones

I’ve got six and there was an issue with my Vector with all of them.
All fine until the last round shows up. The sweet part on the follower sits quite high and would engage the lock open tab early.
As the last round shows up fooling the gun that the mag is empty. One rd still between the lips.
So I did a little grinding to that spot to lower it approx 1/16”.
Now they are function fine.
