Last tip: don't shoot that big tough old bird in the lead; get the small ones on the side. MUCH more tender.
That's easy to say if you are hunting alone, but when there's 6 or seven in the blinds and the spotter yells "take em'"! You hit the first thing in your sights.
I was out with some guys that hunt geese all the time an we had 8 birds come in with seven shooters and not one bird flew away it was cool. ( I shot but I don't think I hit any :lol: )
Wait two seconds and they are all out of range.
Are the geese in Ontario starting to head south? Ours up here are starting to get scarce.
