I'm looking to replace the front sight on my CZ Shadow 2 kadet kit so it has the same fiber optic look as the regular shadow 2. From what I have read they use the sights from the P09/P10. Any recommendations for a replacement sight?

I just took a good look at the front sight for the shadow 2 Kadet upper. Mine has a number 7 stamped into the front of the post. When measured. The entire front post, with base is 7mm in height. I’ll try and reach out to CZ USA and see what they recommend for a red fibre optic replacement.

Then can you not just order a replacement from sight for a Shadow 2? Or do they not accept the standard sights on that upper? $26.95 in stock at my local gun store in Mississauga
Nevermind google and youtube say your right right P09 sight style is what you need 6.5-7.5 height
Guys on youtube from Canada say they went with Dawson Precision who ship to Canada and had a few options to fit the kadet
On their site they have a fiber front sight listed for the kadet for $29 with 9 different height x width combinations

I saw elsewhere on forums the info regarding the Dawson front sight. which might be an option too. Not sure if CZ USA would ship to Canada easily.

I was also looking into this. I also heard that Shadow 2 Kadet .22 conversion kit uses the same front sight as CZ P-09 -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcXPZ96qFlM.
It looks like it is not as trivial to get the front sight for CZ P-09 at any stores (I'd want to buy it locally to check fit)
Has anyone thought of painting a red or white dot of the front sight the conversion kit comes with?
