My Shadow 2 needs the slightest adjustment for windage, I purchased a "pusher" type tool which I plan to use to drift it over a little

I read in the manual that there are two screws that need to be slackened off - I quote:

The windage can be corrected by shifting the rear sight within the dovetail. Prior to the adjustment it is necessary to loosen the screw securing the rear sight against falling out. Once the rear sight has been adjusted it is necessary to tighten the screw again and secure it with the application of the Loctite 243. Elevation can be corrected by turning the screw.

I assume these are the two allen key grub screws on the top of the sight? The manual doesn't specify and I want to be sure so I don't force it against some hidden screws

Just a little FYI, those rear sights are in there good. I used a punch and a hammer to adjust mine and it took a lot of force to move it. Those screws are there just for show

The two rear sight set-screws seem to come from the factory loctited in. I tried removing the first and promptly removed rounded the head and had to use a screw extractor to get the screw out. The second came out okay once I heated it up.

If you screw up the screw like i did - the replacement is M4x6mm flat point with 0.7 course thread pitch and it uses a 2.0mm hex key.

Yeah, I had considered using a little heat as that seems to "release" the Loctite

Well it they come loctited in they must of missed mine. With less than a 1000rds through the gun the two allen screws were halfway out their holes. Thankfully the case comes with the Allen keys to tighten them.
If it happens again then the loctite comes out.
