I started with "just one " trail cam, then I caught a few big boys on camera and felt the need to install a few more, so many in fact, I forgot wear a few where and some places have cameras watching cameras watching cameras lol.
I get bears, elk, wolves, wild Bison, game wardens, trespassers and what appears to
be a werewolf on camera. Sometimes a deer even shows up.it's sort of addictive.
As soon as you start to pick up the decoys the birds pile in at 10 yards.

The first time I took my wife duck hunting, I had her bundled up like the Michelin Man, got her to the blind and the complaining started, I begged her to just make it to 8 am... but after 45 minutes I couldn't take it any more and grabbed the shellbag and shotgun ducked out of the blind and headed off to get the boat... as I was walking away I heard the sound of a mighty, rushing wind... sounded like a squadron of fighter jets in a dive... I looked back, just in time to see a flock of 200 bluebills swirl in and pocket right into the dekes, 20 yards in front of my shivering wife... I just kept walking... got the boat, flushed the birds, picked up the decoys and then my wife... she gets in the boat and says "did you see all the birds?" I said "yeah... I saw the birds." She says "there seemed like a lot, was that a lot?" I said "yeah, that was a lot." She says "If you stayed you might have shot one." I said "yeah I might have (pause), you know you are never going duck hunting again, eh?" She says "good!"
That was 30 years ago... she has never been duck hunting since.

But she still takes racy photos of you at your request to make other guides uncomfortable. She's understanding in her own ways.
