Sharing/Trading FOXPRO FXP Sound Files

I never clicked "I accept" so I guess I am ok.
I guess it is similar to downloading music, illegal in the US but still not really defined as illegal in Canada. Anyway, that's the first I have ever seen that disclaimer, but I assumed they don't really want people sharing the files.

It's kind of like downloading music or movies as torrents. The copyrights are in place because obviously Foxpro wants you to buy their sound files. I'm not a copyright expert by any stretch of the imagination but I kind of think that posting them for download on a public domain might leave the poster open for a slap on the hands if Foxpro ever gets wind of it. Might be wise to get an expert opinion?
