Sharon Gun Club (SGC) Multi-Gun Match September 7th. 2009

We are here again; Sharon multi-gun match is to be held on Labour Day (Monday September 7) at the above venue. Entrance fee will be $35.00 for the Multi-Gun component, and $10.00 for the precision rifle component.

Pre-registration only, no walk-ons.

Squad times for the match will be; 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, and 16.00
Squad size will be limited to 6 shooters.

5 round limit to carbine magazines to give everybody a chance to compete head to head.

Seriously though, I don't feel particularly put-out by allowing 10rnd AR users. Just means I gotta be that much better. I'll have an 8 shot Mossburg, and I wouldn't expect to be limited to 2 shots if some guy wants to shoot with a SxS coachgun. Or limit my Springfield XD to 8 rnds just because someone with a 1911 shows up. Or 6 shots to make it level with revolver shooters. But I ain't running the match, so I'll totally go with whatever he says and be happy with it. I had an absolute HOOT!!! at last years!!!

Well since it is a "MULTIGUN" match as advertized that is NOT IPSC and therefore should not be on the IPSC sign up page.

I just shot this match, my first multi-gun and my first IDPA.
Great match, very intense, great bunch on Range 6.
Dave was great I learned a ton of stuff, thanks again, I'll be back.

Damn, I never get my picture taken.

Despite that, the match was a super-fun barrel o monkeys! One long course with almost everything in it. I wish I could do that more often. I was glad to see another member of the SKS brethren.
