I do have my reservations about 'em, but in another similar thread here, "hunterhenderson" said he has 5 Chiappas and no complaints, so as usual, "YMMV".
What I'd like is the custom Marlin that Brian Pearce had DRG make up for him, but I think it cost him "rather more" than a Chiappa.
I was a little hesitant, but I do not like how the Henry loads with the tube. Hopefully this screw is all that breaks. It shot great, I managed to destroy a few squash with it. Didn;t even notice the screw broke until I was putting things away.
Quick update. Waiting on my M3.5-0.6 from Acklands still. In the meantime I was able to get in touch with North Sylva, they pointed me to http://www.grechoutdoors.ca/ who handles warranty for Chiappa.
Update 2: Acklands screws arrived. Correct size, perfect fit. Had to dremel the panhead into a taper with a rounded top (like the factory screw) and apply a coat of black paint. Not going to even bother with warranty, the stainless screws I got are quality.
