I had the same problem and it was solved by going to the standard mag release. Just make sure you get the D style release and not the round one. About $16 US plus shipping from CZ Custom.

I tried purchasing a firing pin and some springs from them and they gave me two shipping choices with the cheapest being $42. NO THANKS!
