She arrived today!

nice rig, I personally would go with something like a 4-12 or 4.5-14 but otherwise its awesome. You need some 130 gr Accubonds and a stash of Retumbo

TB I think you are talking about 130 gr accubonds in .277.

SGJ thinks you are talking about those in .264.........

But I don't think so..........

My .270 WSM load that I am about to try is 140 gr Barnes TSXs and Retumbo pushing them, should be deadly. If this load works, it is probably going to the Yukon with me in September....:p

I'm talking about 6.5mm

BC is .488

I managed to get my hands on a few and shot one group in my 260. Group hovered around 1 inch, got lots of potential. I ordered ten boxes

6.5mm 130gr Spitzer AccuBond® Part#56902
264 Cal, 130 gr Spitzer

NEW FOR 2007!(50 count)
20.95

Specifications:

BallisticsB.C. .488
S.D. .266
OAL. 1.320"

Very interesting indeed!

I know that the 6.5 Swede likes those long 160 grain pills, so why not a long bullet for the .260..........

Doug

1-8 twist will handle anything up to 142 Sierra match & 155 gr Lapua round nose bullets, longest bullets Ive tried yet. My old 260 had a 1-9 twist which was sketchy with long 140s, especially the X bullet

Thanks todd, this is anew one to me .I new hornady made 129 but a 130 with a bc of 130 should be awesome in the .264 and my 6.5 swede.....and my .260rem .Where did you order them from?
