Shell holder question

I have a shell holder for my .308. I tried my 6.5X55 brass in it and it fits quite nicely however it is not the shell holder listed for this round.

Dumb question but will it make any difference if I use it rather than buying the one listed for it ?

No problem. But a different brand of brass may not work.
