I would like to do 22LR precision shooting (cheaper than other calibers....)

Anyone has heard about the Sheperd 310-P22LR scope?

± $700 US... It seems a lot of money, but it would be for many many years.... Might as well buy something very good.

I would like your opinion please.

Thanks!

i've seen lots of magazine ad's for sheppard scopes, with some of the ad's claiming they are used by some of the top us long range shooting teams, but i've never seen one in person.

i've also seen a few threads started here in the optics forum, and they never seem to get much attention.

for $700.00 i would stick with a bushnell or leupold, but that's just me:)

nobuddy has a range finding recticle like shepherd, just put your target in the proper circle, and you got it.Pal of mine has one on his 22, and he says that he has taken gofers, out as far as 300 yards.he said it has to be dead calm, for the long shots

Only reason why they are asking so much is because no major optics manufacturer has at this time bothered to come up with a proper BDC reticle calibrated for 22LR.

Sheperd Scope

I have a few of these 2 P1's and 1 P2 they are good scopes and they do what is advertised. I would highly recommend you buy one. If you can get a deal on two I would take one.
