Had one a while back. Not a bad scope and you do pay a bit more for the technology of the reticle. No different than any other latest and greatest thing that you have to pay more for. The reticle in my experience does what it claims but is by no means a precision reticle for every single cartridge out there. Don't think that just because you have some ballistic compensating reticle that it makes you a great long range shooter, lots of practice and a firm understanding of marksmanship goes further. I think you would want to avoid putting it on heavy recoiling rifles because of the shorter eye relief. It would serve as a good varmint scope, but can't comment on it as compared to ALL the other scopes on the market for that purpose. On a .204 I think it would be good. Always had good customer service when I called them up to see if a certain load would work with the reticle, but this was a while back. I am pretty sure that they are made in Japan too, which is better than China. All in all I liked mine. Just moved on to something else.... like always.
