Got to love the old US of A.My Uncle in Wisconsin has a Stuart,a halftrack and a old Hotchkiss gun sitting in his barn.I asked him what he would do with them and he said I'm going to keep them cause my forebearers used them and preserved the right to freedom.In his next sentence he said some Coc***ker once offered me $30,000 For the Stuart,I told him my Dad fought the German's in one of these,He almost died in it . It took him years to find one of these,so why should I sell it to some wannabe so he can put it on his lawn.

On the outside - Sherman. But on the inside? I know there are plenty of guys who convert the old model T's into sweet Street Rods. One would have to think that somewhere some old CAT tranny and engine could be modified to have that baby run....no?

I'm sure a good machinist could rebuild the original powertrain. Something else somewhere along the line had to have used the same engine at least
