Perhaps someone could help me. I have a Shield SMS red dot . The front lens has become hazed (my fault). I did buy it used from Gunnutz site. I contacted Tactical imports and they quickly gave me the Shield Canadian rep's email. Sent several emails over a month NO REPLYS. I went onto the Shield web page and used their contact button and sent them a few emails over a few months. NO REPLIES. I have a couple of their red dots and they work great. Hard to believe that their customer service is poor. Since they are in England I was hoping to use email and not long distance phone charges.
