I'm looking for information on this topic. I'm in a position to acquire free of charge as part of a gun trade, at least 4 boxes of ammo.
I have established that ammunition is a hazardous material/good and only certain carriers will handle it. In Canada, at least DHL, FEDEX, and UPS will handle it but when I called DHL, they informed me that they only ship from licensed dealers to individuals.
Canada Post will not handle it so I'm wondering if anyone here (non-dealer) has legally shipped within Canada ammo to an individual.
All comments and info welcome.
Thanks,
Duke1
