No - Canada doesn't have any "export restrictions" and Track is not located in a jurisdiction that has any restrictions (some places, mostly urban areas (NYC, Chicago, but all of NJ is pretty restricted as well) in the US require an FFL even for black powder stuff.
Pack it well and send it to them with signature required via mail and all will be fine. For your customs forms you can declare it as an "antique replica muzzle loading firearm" and it will sail right through
